 Keep Cold Groceries Cold August 6, 2008
It's a long way from the grocery store to home. Too often cold items go warm, and frozen items melt. These reusable tote bags are an easy way to eliminate both problems. I keep at least one in my car's cargo net for large items like milk gallons. They come in a variety of sizes. The color is a pretty shade of aqua. Even if I didn't want to be "green" these would be nice bags to have. Really cuts down on sweaty-soggy grocery bags. Paper or plastic? No thanks, I brought my own. Please put the ice cream in the small, insulated bag...

These are great for transporting frozen items home from the grocery store. They stay cold for a good length of time, up to 1+ hour. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because I felt the bottom needed to be a little wider.
Addendum: Several months later the handles are tearing away from the bags in such a way that it is will be impossible to repair. :(

I was disappointed with this product because the strap has already ripped off. I have only used this bag 2-3 times when it happened. The insulation is great, unfortunately the strap was not. I love all other bags I have gotten from this brand, but will pass on these.
