The drop of the strap is 24 inches long when fully extended. Since I need a drop of 25 or 26 inches, I am looking for a replacement strap, or a different purse.
If you don't need an extra long strap then this bag is good - it's small and not too heavy. Will fit a wallet, MP3 player & cell phone in the main pocket and has 2 zippered pockets - one on the front and one inside - for small things.
